Noida: The students of the AAFT School of Performing Arts (Music) recently participated in an engaging workshop titled “Musicians in Front of Camera,” conducted by Madhav Singla at Marwah Film City. The workshop aimed to educate students on how to present themselves in various visual media formats, including film, TV programs, stage shows, documentaries, and advertising films.

Noida: The students of cinema at Marwah Film City recently had the privilege of participating in a specialized workshop on the Arri Camera, led by the esteemed Director of Photography, Medhadeep Bandyopadhyay. This event, held at AAFT, aimed to enhance students’ skills in camera operations and creative filmmaking.

Medhadeep Bandyopadhyay, known for his extensive work in music videos, corporate films, advertising films, short films, and wedding photography, shared his mastery of camera operations and the creative optimum use of cameras. His diverse experience and experimental photography techniques provided students with fresh perspectives and innovative methods in handling cameras and creating short films.

Our students have excelled in news, current affairs, television, and cinema fictional programs. Deepa Chandra Awarded Life Membership of International Women’s Film Forum

Noida:— Deepa Chandra, a distinguished media personality and former Additional Director General of Doordarshan, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, has been honored with a life membership of the International Women’s Film Forum (IWFF) at Marwah Studios during her visit to Noida Film City.

Expressing her admiration for the facilities and initiatives at Marwah Studios and AAFT University, Deepa Chandra remarked, “I am thrilled to see the quality, infrastructure, and various activities here at Noida Film City. Dr. Sandeep Marwah has single-handedly created a revolution in the entertainment industry, with Noida Film City at its epicentre. I must congratulate him for his success.”

Dr. Sandeep Marwah, the founder of Marwah Studios, presented the life membership to Deepa Chandra, acknowledging her contributions to the media industry. “We are pleased to invite Deepa Chandra, one of the most capable officers from Doordarshan, to be part of the International Women’s Film Forum. AAFT School of PR, Events, and Advertising Signs MOU with EMMA

Noida: In a landmark move, the AAFT School of PR, Events, and Advertising has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Event and Entertainment Management Association (EMMA), the premier body in the nation for events. This collaboration aims to provide significant placement support to students in their final semester. “This is the biggest break the students of AAFT School of PR, Events, and Advertising can get,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of the School, following the signing of the MOU with EMMA.

The MOU was signed at Marwah Studios with Dr. Sandeep Marwah and Vipul Pandhi, Vice President North of EMMA, exchanging notes. Other notable attendees included Ruchin Kohli, Joint Secretary, and Tushar Malik, Zonal Manager from EMMA, along with Albeena Abbas from AAFT.

Vipul Pandhi, addressing the press, highlighted the growing market of the events industry and the need for educated and trained personnel. “AAFT students are well-groomed and have a wonderful scope to do well in the industry,” he remarked.

Noida: Celebrated actor Manoj Bajpayee, renowned for his versatile performances, visited Marwah Studios for the promotion of his upcoming film “Bhaiyya Ji” at Noida Film City. Reflecting on his longstanding relationship with Marwah Studios, Bajpayee reminisced, “I have thirty years of relations with Marwah Studios. My film Bandit Queen Phoolan Devi was shot here way back in 1993. I have returned several times for the promotion of my other films as well. This is the oldest studio in North India.”

Noida:  In a momentous event, Dr. Sandeep Marwah was nominated as the Chair for the Indo Namibia Film and Cultural Forum. His Excellency Gabriel P. Sinimbo, High Commissioner of Namibia to India, presented the certificate to Dr. Marwah during his visit to the international headquarters of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) at Noida Film City.

His Excellency expressed his confidence in Dr. Marwah’s leadership, stating, “It is a proud moment for all of us to nominate Dr. Sandeep Marwah as the Chair for the Indo Namibia Film and Cultural Forum. Dr. Marwah is a distinguished individual with a remarkable career. He is the founder of Noida Film City, Marwah Studios, and the Asian Academy of Film and Television. He also serves as the founding Chancellor of AAFT University and the founding President of ICMEI. Dr. Marwah holds nine world records and is highly decorated in the Republic of India. He is a board member of various ministries, including the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Ministry of Skill Development, and Ministry of Sports and Youth.

This appointment marks a significant milestone in the cultural and educational collaboration between India and Namibia, promising to foster deeper ties and mutual growth.

Indo Namibia Cultural Forum Presents Scholarship to Deserving Namibian Student

Noida: In a significant step towards fostering international cultural and educational ties, the Indo Namibia Film and Cultural Forum, in collaboration with the High Commission of Namibia, presented a scholarship to a deserving student from Namibia. The scholarship, offered by AAFT University, covers a short-term course of the student’s choice, including boarding and lodging for three months in India.

“We are proud to be associated with the High Commission of Namibia and to establish this powerful organization of Indo Namibia Film and Cultural Forum under the patronage of His Excellency Gabriel P.
