Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of AAFT and Commissioner International HS&GA articulated the core philosophy behind this initiative during his inaugural address. “The real way to achieve happiness is by spreading happiness to others. Scouts and Guides instill the values of readiness, support, and altruism.
