WHO estimates that more than 13 million deaths around the world each year are due to avoidable environmental causes. This includes the climate crisis which is the single biggest health threat facing humanity.

“Being healthy goes far beyond diet and exercise. Achieving optimal wellness requires meeting five core needs: Physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual. Because when one area is neglected, it can have a negative ripple effect on all aspects of your life. That’s why it’s important to find ways to bring your mind and body back into balance,” said Sandeep Marwah President of AAFT School of Health and Wellness in a meeting to celebrate World Health Day at Marwah Studios Noida Film City.

“Health is the greatest gift, contentment the greatest wealth, faithfulness the best relationship. No matter how much it gets abused, the body can restore balance. The first rule is to stop interfering with Nature,” added Marwah.
