New Delhi: Two most popular fashion designers Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Knanna presented the paintings created by renowned painter Tauseef Khan at the designer Studios of Rohit Gandhi at New Delhi.
“The large size of canvas with the use of glass with every painting made the exhibition most exclusive and different from the routine work,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Marwah Studios at the inauguration of the exhibition.
Having grown up in the Lal Kuan area of Old Delhi, Khan has always been surrounded by the historical beauty of the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Ajmeri Gate and the Kashmere Gate, among others. He points out how these monuments were his favourite subjects to paint as a child and the fascination has only grown.
Tauseef Khan was awarded a BFA from Karnataka Open University, Mysore, before studying for an MA in Drawing & Painting at Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He has been exhibiting his work since 2007.
